Six categories, all covering both conference days. Rates rise at the end of each round and on-spot registration closes on 20 November 2026.

Prices shown are the current round. Rates marked “on request” are quoted by the secretariat — email us with your category. Sending three or more people from one department? Write to info@pubscholars.org before booking and we will quote a group price.
Register for the conference
Complete this and a payment link and invoice arrive by email within a working day. Nothing is charged at this stage.

What the fee buys
An in-person place runs from the 08:00 opening on 20 November to the close at 16:00 on 21 November: every session, the workshop, both poster rounds and the breaks between. Meals are provided on both days and you collect a delegate pack on arrival. Your CPD certificate is issued at the close, and recordings follow afterwards.

Travel and rooms
Flights and hotels are booked by delegates. We hold a rate at the conference hotel and send the code with your confirmation, but you are free to stay anywhere. If your employer or a consulate needs a letter of invitation, ask once payment clears.

Paying and cancelling
Card or bank transfer, in US dollars; institutional invoices on request. A place is held once payment clears, not when the form is sent. Transfers to a colleague are free until the doors open, and the refund schedule sets out the rest.
