How to read the timetable
Both days follow the same shape: plenary keynotes in the morning while attention is at its best, parallel breakouts in the afternoon, and breaks long enough to be worth something.
Keynotes are single-track and pitched to be followed by a clinician, a researcher and a service lead at once. They set up the theme rather than going deep into one method.
Breakouts run in parallel and carry the accepted oral presentations, drawn from the 25 scientific tracks. Related work is grouped together, so clinical material tends toward day one and neuroscience toward day two — though the final grouping depends on what review accepts.
Poster rounds sit inside the lunch breaks on both days. This is the most underused part of the timetable and the easiest place to have a real conversation with someone whose work interests you.
Clashes
Parallel tracks mean something you wanted will collide with something else you wanted. Every session is recorded and released to registered delegates afterwards, so the choice is about which room to be in for the live discussion, not which talk you get to see at all.
Booking travel around it
Boston Logan is roughly 25 minutes by car from the venue outside peak hours. A Saturday evening departure is comfortable. Anything before 18:00 means leaving before the close, which is when certificates are handed out.
The times above are fixed. Which speaker fills which slot is confirmed after the final submission round closes on 15 October, and the brochure carries that detail as it settles.
