What is in it
- The scientific programme — all 25 tracks with their areas of focus, and the two-day timetable with session times.
- Registration categories and rates for each round, and what each category covers.
- Venue and travel — address, airport and rail links, parking and the delegate hotel arrangement.
- Submission requirements — what an abstract must contain, the deadlines and how review works.
- Accreditation detail — the CPD provider number and what the certificate states, which is usually the section an approval process asks for.
Why people ask for it
Three reasons, in our experience. A head of department wants something to read before signing off study leave. A finance or CPD panel wants cost and accreditation detail in one attachment rather than a set of links. Or you want to check the track list against your own work before deciding whether to submit.
If yours is the first case, the programme and the accreditation pages are the two to point at — they answer “what will you come back with”, which is the question actually being asked.
If it does not arrive
Check the spam folder before writing to us. Institutional mail filters are the usual culprit with attachments from an unfamiliar domain. If it is genuinely missing, email the secretariat and we will send it directly.

The same information is on this site. The sessions, schedule, registration and venue pages carry it without a download, and info@pubscholars.org will send the PDF on request.
