Sponsors and Exhibitors

Two days in front of the clinicians, researchers and service leads who decide what mental health services adopt next.

Who you would be reaching

The room is psychiatrists, clinical and counselling psychologists, mental health nurses, neuroscientists, service leads and the researchers whose findings shape what those services take up. That is a narrower and more useful audience than a general healthcare trade floor, and because delegates are in the building for two days rather than passing through, the conversations run longer than a badge scan.

What a package puts in front of them

●  A staffed presence — a stand positioned on the route delegates take between sessions, not in a side room they have to go looking for.

●  Association — your name and logo on the conference website, the printed programme and the backdrop, tied to a CPD-accredited scientific meeting rather than a marketing event.

●  Programme time — higher tiers include a workshop or symposium slot, which is where product questions are actually asked and answered properly.

●  A record afterwards — contact details from delegates who opt in, and an acknowledgement in the proceedings that outlives the two days.

Where sponsorship money goes

Sponsorship is what keeps registration affordable for the students, early-career researchers and clinicians who make up a large share of the room. It pays for the venue and hospitality, the streaming infrastructure that lets international delegates take part properly, and the proceedings that give accepted work a permanent home.

Packages

We offer title sponsorship, gold, silver and bronze tiers, exhibition booths, workshop or symposium sponsorship, branding placements and networking-event sponsorship. Each is structured to give exposure before, during and after the conference rather than only on the days themselves.

Rather than sending the full prospectus to everyone, we would prefer to know what you are trying to achieve — a stand, a speaking slot, or brand presence — and send the relevant part.

Talking to us

Write to info@pubscholars.org with your organisation and what you have in mind, or use the form to get the prospectus immediately.
