Submit an Abstract
The final submission round closes on 15 October 2026. Decisions are
returned within two days.
Original research, systematic reviews, clinical case studies and service evaluations are all accepted, for an oral slot or a poster board, presented in Boston or remotely. Accepted work is published in the conference proceedings with a citable reference.
Before you fill this in, two things are worth checking. Pick the scientific track your work genuinely belongs to rather than the closest available label — fit is one of the three things reviewers score, and a good abstract in the wrong track is the most common avoidable rejection. And read the guidelines if you have not submitted to us before, particularly the six items every submission must carry.
What happens next
You get an automatic acknowledgement with a reference number. The committee reads the abstract and returns an accept or decline within two days. An acceptance carries the presentation format you have been given, which is not always the one you asked for — strong work sometimes moves from poster to oral, and occasionally the reverse where a track is oversubscribed.
Acceptance does not register you for the conference. Speaker-rate registration opens once your abstract is through, and each accepted abstract needs at least one registered presenting author.
If nothing arrives
If two days pass with no response, the usual cause is a submission that did not complete — almost always a large file that failed to upload. Email the secretariat with your abstract title and the date you submitted and we will check.
